Excellent location with real wood furniture. Balcony view directly into the museum of art. Comfortable room with fantastic food. Staff provided great service and decorated room for special occasion. Free breakfast was delicious.

The atmosphere was great, with a lively bar on the ground floor, creating a super chill vibe. The staff were really nice and professional, providing excellent service. The room was great, with modern furniture and a comfortable bed. I was kinda surprised to find a small window in my room, offering a pleasant view.

The surrounding area had a downtown vibe, which may not be to everyone's liking. There were quite a few street sellers and some not-so-inviting smells.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a short distance from Vincom Center and other attractions. Guests also enjoyed the tasty welcome drink and the option to leave their bags for check-in later. The staff are praised for being super friendly and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. the hotel offers good coffee, perfect for starting the day off right.

Some guests had difficulty with communication as most of the staff did not speak English fluently.

During our recent stay at Triple E Hotel Fine Art Museum, we were really surprised by the amazing room space and delicious breakfast offered. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing ample space for us to relax and unwind. The breakfast options were diverse and catered to various preferences, with a range of Vietnamese and international dishes available. We particularly enjoyed the a la carte breakfast, which showcased the flavors of Vietnam.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The interior design of the room was amazing, with a modern minimalist style and warm wood accents. We were lucky to get a room high up with a fantastic balcony view. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with a large shower. We also loved the hotel facilities, especially the small, chic bar in the lobby where we enjoyed people-watching while having a drink. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a security officer on site who assisted with transporting our luggage. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of town near historical landmarks and with plenty of good food options nearby. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of choices including both Western-style dishes and traditional Vietnamese noodle soups. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
